Refund policy

Unless otherwise stated, my digital shed plan downloads have a 30-day refund policy.  We ask that you kindly contact us first about any issues you may have that are warranting you wanting a refund.  We strive to resolve any and all issues, problems, or questions to that your shed building project runs as smoothly as possible.  We want you to be happy!

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your request for a refund.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at john@shedking.net.
